I just wanted someone to know how enjoyable it was to talk to Melissa in putting together a catering order for one of my doctors offices in Colonial Heights, Va. I'm in medical sales and I needed to have something delivered to a doctor's office for a lunch teleconference. Melissa was extremely helpful and pleasant to talk to in assisting me with this. She went above and beyond to satisfy me as a customer and it is very well appreciated.

I do about 80% of my business over the phone, so I have talked to a lot of people. It is truly refreshing to hear nice people like Melissa and even Jessica, who was also very nice. I told Melissa that it must be a requirement there to be wonderful like you guys are.

Hey Brandon,

I wanted to let you know how pleased I was with everything Groovin' did for our event! I had not been in charge of that type of thing before, so I was a little worried. But your staff was excellent... from the office people working with Tammie and me.. to the delivery guy who helped me make sure I knew what I was doing with the chaffers and the sternos (spelling??)... and of course the food was delicious!! People were so pleased to be able to come in and sit down to a hot meal. It was perfect. And the perfect amount. We had very little left over-- just some of the meatless ziti and some salad. (No rolls left-- they were a big hit!) You even gave us extra plates and cups-- which was great, because I ended up needing some extra. Seems like Groovin' thought of everything to make my life easy!!!

Thanks so much!! I think I can say with confidence that you'll be hearing from us again in the future.

Dear Brandon,

I wanted to write to thank you for the exceptional service Groovin' Gourmets provided to me and my family for a second straight year. Groovin' Gourmets makes my vacations to the Outer Banks vacations in the truest sense of the word by taking me out of the kitchen and putting me back where I belong -- on the beach with my family!

I seek out your wonderful catering services to meet my needs in support of my family's annual vacation to the Outer Banks. My family of 23(and growing!) assigns cooking duties to one couple each night. While my siblings spend the day planning, shopping, chopping, prepping, cooking, and serving, I spend my assigned day on the beach...all thanks to Groovin' Gourmets! And when the doorbell rings, my personal chef was there with a smile delivering professionally prepared, beautifully presented, restaurant quality meals that literally went from door to table in less than 45 minutes.

Groovin' Gourmets is unmatched because your company supports the meal requirements from start ot finish by offering an expansive selection of everything -- Appetizers, Entrees, Side Dishes and Desserts.  Your delectable entrees can't be beat-not a left over in the house! Thank you, too, for offering something for every palette....Seafood, Chicken, Steak and Pasta....everyone got just what they wanted! Your awesome variety of homestyle side-dishes also served as the perfect complement to the entrees we selected. Your desserts are scrumptous...my family has vowed to always save room for them! Finally, I can't tell you how much I appreciated the entrees tailored specifically for the little ones in the bunch...they loved everything!

Thank you Groovin' Gourmets for another year of wonderful service and for letting me and my family fully enjoy our vacation!  See you next summer, without question!
