We cater numerous events daily
throughout central Virginia: pharmaceutical
lunches, corporate and private functions including:
breakfasts, lunches, dinners, dessert socials,
open houses, employee appreciation events, coffee
breaks or even a midnight snack for the overnighters.
Our office staff makes ordering
easy. With our extensive database, we remember
your favorites and can recommend something new
each time you call.

(E-mail orders require minimum of 48 hours
notice from confirmation phone call. Please
do not email same day orders. If email happens
to go down, we won’t be able to pull
up your order.)

If placing an order by email, fax or leaving
a message on our voice mail, all orders will
be confirmed with a phone call. If you do
not receive a confirmation call within several
hours of placing your order, please contact
us. We may have not received the order.
1. A minimum 24-hour notice is
requested for us to get your order ready, the
way you want it. Orders placed within 24 hours
of event are limited to menu availability.
2. Cancellation: Sometimes
cancellations and party size reductions are
inevitable. Groovin’ Gourmets has a 24-hour
cancellation policy.
Events cancelled less that 24
hours before the event will be charged in full.
50% of that charge may be applied to future
bookings within 30 days. Remember that we will
be happy to redirect your meal to another location
with adequate notice.
Sunday orders must be cancelled
by Noon, Friday. Monday orders must be cancelled
by 5:00 PM Friday.
Groovin’ Gourmets assumes
no liability for order cancellations transmitted
by web, fax, or answering machine, until a Groovin’
Gourmets employee confirms your cancellation
by a return phone call.
Special Events will be secured
with a written contract and deposit.
3. Pickup orders must be
paid in full prior to your arrival. Just pull
up to our building and we’ll bring the
food directly to your car. (We request a phone
call if you are not going to be within 15 minutes
of your pick up time.)
4. No more losing paper receipts!
We email invoices to you on the day of
your event. Double-check us! We send confirmation
emails the day prior to your event. We strongly
recommend you review it to ensure your order
is accurate. If you do not receive an email
the day before your event, call us ASAP.
5. Delivery: We deliver
where you want it! $20.00 to most areas in Greater
Richmond. Delivery to Fredericksburg, Charlottesville
and Tidewater also available -- inquire for
details and pricing.)
6. Our large number of delivery
drivers are knowledgeable with many area office
locations and set up requirements. We are in
constant communication with each driver. In
the rare event that something is missing from
your order, please call us immediately. We can
usually correct a problem within minutes.
7. Our food is presented on quality
black disposable trays (cold/room temp food)
and small and large aluminum foil pans (hot
foods) ready for you to open and enjoy. Disposable
wire rack chafers (to keep your food warmer
longer) can be included for an additional fee
of $7.95 each.
8. High quality Sugarcane
plates and bowls, black (plastic) cutlery kits,
serving utensils, beverage cups, and coolers
are included upon purchase of complete meal.
Higher quality disposable products are available
for an additional fee. Silver service (real
linens, chinaware, glassware, stainless steel
chafing dishes, servers, etc) is available upon
request and is priced per event.
9. Gift certificates are available
at your request.
10. Weekend Orders: We
are happy to accept Saturday orders by 12:00
noon Friday.
11. Terms of Payment: Regular
clients are on net 30-day terms. First time
orders must be secured with a credit card or
a cleared check at the time of placing your
order. We accept checks, American Express, MasterCard,
Visa, and Discover for payment. Events over
$1,000.00 and paying by credit card will be
accessed a 3% processing fee.
12. Payments made after 30 days
of event will be subject to a $10.00 fee or
2% of remaining balance, whichever is greater,
calculated monthly.

Groovin’
Gravy is redeemable for food and services provided
by Groovin’ Gourmets. Maximum amount that
can be earned in a 6 month period is $500. Start
today by calling or emailing us to get signed
up for Groovin’ Gravy. Credits will accrue
from sign up date until 7/1/08. Those signing
on after 7/01/08, credits will accrue from sign
up date until December 31, 2008. Clients need
only to sign up once. Credits must be used 6
months from date of issue. Credits are not redeemable
for cash.
Groovin’
Gravy will be awarded on 7/1/08 and 12/31/08.
