If you or someone else in
your party is allergic to nuts, please inform us. Because
we use various nuts in several menu items, it's imperative we are
aware of these allergies to ensure the proper menu selection.

All orders will be confirmed with
a phone call. If you do not receive a confirmation call
within several hours of placing your order, please contact
us.
- 24 hour notice is requested. Orders
placed within 24 hours of event are limited to menu
availability.
- Cancellations.
Standard corporate orders require 24 BUSINESS
HOURS notice to cancel your event. Weekend
orders must be cancelled by Friday 12:00pm. Orders
cancelled less than 24 business hours may be charged
in full. We will gladly redirect your meal to another
location with adequate notice.
Groovin’ Gourmets assumes no liability for order
cancellations transmitted by web, fax, or answering
machine, until we confirm your cancellation
with a return phone call.
- Pickup orders: Orders must
be paid in full prior to your arrival. Just pull up
to our building and we’ll bring the food directly
to your car. We request a phone call if you are not
going to be within 15 minutes of your pick up time.
- E-mail Invoices: (Our clients
love this!) We send confirmation and final payments
via email. Confirmation emails will be sent to you
within hours of placing your order. Please review
them to ensure the order is accurate. A final confirmation
email is automatically sent to you the day before
each event and receipt of payment is emailed the day
of the event.
- Delivery: We deliver where
you want it! A $20.00 fee is added to most areas in
Greater Richmond. Delivery to Fredericksburg, Charlottesville
and Tidewater is also available. Please inquire for
details and pricing. Our drivers have multiple
deliveries on timed routes. Please ensure your on-site
contact is present at the scheduled delivery time.
If no one is present, food may have to be left at
location.
- Delivery Drivers: Our large
number of drivers are knowledgeable with many area
office locations and set up requirements. We are in
constant communication with each driver. In the rare
event that something is missing from your order, please
call us immediately. We can usually correct a problem
within minutes.
- Presentation/Disposables:
We strive to be as eco-friendly by utilizing environmentally
conscious disposable products whenever possible, such
as:
- Sugarcane plates
- Cardboard ice coolers (not Styrofoam)
- Recyclable Bags for bag lunches (not plastic bags)
- Paperboard platters and serving trays (not black
plastic petroleum trays)
Our hot food is presented in aluminum foil pans
ready for you to open and enjoy. Wire rack chafers
and paper tablecloths are available for additional
fees.
For a more upscale presentation, black plastic disposable
plates and rolled cutlery are available for an additional
fee. Full service and rentals are available upon
request and is priced per event.

- Gift certificates: Gift
certificates are available at your request.
- Weekend Orders: We are happy
to accept Saturday orders by 12:00 noon Friday.
- Terms of Payment: Regular
clients are on net 30 day terms. First time orders
must be secured with a credit card or a cleared check
at the time of placing your order. We accept checks,
American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover for
payment.
- Late charges: Payments made
after 30 days of event will be subject to a $10.00
fee or 2% of remaining balance, whichever is greater,
calculated monthly.

Gravy
Corporate catering order only.
Groovin’
Gravy is redeemable for food and services provided by
Groovin’ Gourmets. Maximum amount that can be
earned in a 6 month period is $500. Start today by calling
or emailing us to get signed up for Groovin’ Gravy.
Credits will accrue from sign up date until 7/1/09.
Those signing on after 7/01/09, credits will accrue
from sign up date until December 31, 2009. Clients need
only to sign up once. Credits must be used 6 months
from date of issue. Credits are not redeemable for cash.
Groovin’
Gravy will be awarded on 7/1/09 and 12/31/09.
