Last week, Groovin’ Gourmets catered a corporate cook-out that served some delicious and unique menu items.
A variety of fun comfort foods and action stations were served, and guests had fun getting hands-on with a mac and cheese station, a nacho bar, a slider bar, and a s’mores station. Sophisticated items such as rare blackened tuna medallions, and seared pork with grilled pineapple salsa, also made an appearance.
The Groovin’ slider bar included many delicious toppings that allowed each guest to totally customize their burger. Swiss cheese, cheddar cheese, and blue cheese were available, and other toppings included bacon, tomato, lettuce, sautéed mushrooms, caramelized onions, and an assortment of mustards, herb mayo, and chipotle ketchup.
The mac and cheese station consisted of our famous mac and cheese, of course, but toppings were also available to jazz things up, including diced tomatoes, pepperoni, caramelized onions, smoked ham, steamed broccoli, roasted chicken, shredded parmesan, and bacon.
Throughout the night, our lovely bartender Heather was serving the company’s favorite beer and wines, and guests helped themselves to perfectly golden brown s’mores after the sun went down.
